
Do you have a goal to balance on your head?! Then join us for this fun, instructional workshop geared to get your feet in the air!!! We'll cover poses and drills to strengthen your body and target those needed muscles to invert safely. "Feet Up" stool is also at the studio to enjoy inverting with support and without the need to put your head to the mat;) All props and supplies will be provided and registered yoga teachers will receive 2 CEUs for continuing education.
