Stretch and Balance

Join us as we stretch, lengthen and improve our balance!!! We'll start class with a warm up and some deep stretching. Then we'll strengthen our core, work on flexibility, mobility and proprioception improving our overall balance. And of course, all classes end with savasana! Let's stretch and balance, shall we?!
