Join us for a 45 minute session practicing mindfulness (outward) and meditation (inward). Tap into your senses, release tension and relax. Meditation method will vary per session (guided, mantra, sound, silence, breath, etc). Props are available; please feel free to bring a mat and any additional supplies to enhance your experience.
