Join Brad & Stefanie for a day of "Inner Alignment" - a day dedicated to chakra opening, balancing and embodying. Our afternoon will start with intentional, chakra based movement and flow into chanting the bija mantras-; feeling the vibration internally while the corresponding crystal bowl will be played allowing total immersion. Participants will then find their comfiest position ever for a guided meditation and sound session. There will be integrated opportunities to share & ask all the questions and all participants will leave with their own chakra bracelet; a loving reminder to always "tap in to the chakras" and love on YOU <3
