Come learn the poses from the ground up! Class participants will be guided through a series of postures to explore their natural alignment, learn to incorporate breath into their physical practice, and cover modifications and variations of the poses. Demonstrations, frequent verbal cues and assistance will be offered. Each week will have a different focus - join us all 6 weeks or come when we're covering what you're looking for! We'll tie it all together our last session!
week 1 What is yoga? We'll cover breath, warm up postures and meditation.
week 2 Sun Salutations (A, B and C)
week 3 Standing Postures
week 4 Balancing Postures
week 5 Seated Postures
week 6 All Together:) With a special treat to end class <3
All classes are on Thursdays @ 11 am at the studio $15 exchange. Registration is REQURIED and class is subject to cancelation. Why wait until the new year to start tapping into feeling better- inside and out <3
