Beginner Yoga

Come learn the poses from the ground up! Class participants will be guided through a series of postures to explore their natural alignment, learn to incorporate breath into their physical practice, and cover modifications and variations of the poses. Demonstrations, frequent verbal cues and assistance will be offered.
