Lunar Flow

Join us for a gentle practice incorporating moon salutations. Moon salutations (Chandra Namaskar) is an ancient yoga sequence designed to quiet the mind and calm the body while drawing on the feminine energy of the moon. It includes low-impact asanas that activate the parasympathetic nervous system (for rest and digestions) and opens the hips. All levels welcome!!
