Release and Relax

Join us for a mash of Yin and Restorative yoga- a beautiful mix for your mind, body and soul!! Yin yoga focuses on tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues and Restorative yoga focuses on coming into stillness to relax and usher your body into your parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest). Props, cues and adjustments will provide the ultimate "Release & Relax" and you can sleep easier, find the balance within and alleviate stress.
