Restorative yoga is suitable for all levels. This restful practice will include longer held asanas (yoga poses) utilizing props such as blocks, blankets or bolsters. This will be a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly.
Please bring your own bolster or pillow and/or a blanket to class. Please wear something comfy, I will supply the blocks and meditative vibe and my hubby will serenade us with the crystal sound bowls and hand pan the entire class- be prepared to unwind and relax.
