Yin & Sound Bath Savasana

Join us for a slow-paced style of yoga that incorporates principals of traditional Chinese medicine. longer holds (3-5 minutes) in various seated or reclined asanas, allowing access to deeper layers of fascia and tissue and a quieting of the mind- props are available!!! Brad will end class with the harmony & vibration of sound to allow even more release:) Class pass is available to use!
