Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath Savasana

Join us as we combine passions!!! I'll lead you through a 40-minute Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep- participants will be guided through most of the 7 components of this particular Nidra method including asana, withdrawal of the senses, rotation of consciousness, pairing of opposites, focused breathing, guided visualization and sankalpa (heart’s desire) then Brad deepen your relaxed state with an extended sound bath savasana- further releasing and aligning within! Props are provided, bring whatever else you'd like- all are welcome and encouraged to join!!
